According to a study by Hawaii Cancer Research Institute,soy supplements can decrease the quantity of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) without affecting the testosterone levels.

Soy isoflavones receive a number of positive responses in studies of prostate cancer. It suppresses prostate cancer growth and cellular proliferation in the prostate gland.

Other observations show that soy isoflavones can improve men’s prostate health. Since it doesn’t have any photestrogen, you don’t get any estrogen effects on the body. Take 40mg of soy isoflavones as recommended every day.
