I think you may be tired on this series. So let’s end here. This is the final series on Men’s Prostate Health. And today, I would like to share a short post on amino acids.

Researchers still cannot explain how glycine, alanine and glutamic acid, the are amino acids, can help in maintaining men’s prostate health. Some victims of prostate problems experience better conditions than before when they consume food that contains abundance of amino acids. Researches think that these amino acids influence prostaglandin synthesis which reduce the swelling of the gland.

Guess what? Pumpkin seeds are rich with these amino acids. I’ll blog about it some time later.
